With an increasing number of infected people, the hospital authorities are worried because they don’t have the required number of beds or an isolation place for the infected people. The World Health Organization (WHO) claims that the COVID-19 can be transmitted from a person to another via:
  • The Respiratory droplets -- The drops that come out when a person coughs or sneezes.
  • Getting in touch with an infected human.
  • Touching any contaminated objects and surfaces.

How did humans get affected by COVID-19?

COVID-19 was first observed in December 2019 in Wuhan, China. However, the health officials are still trying hard to trace the exact origin of coronavirus, earlier it was believed that it is linked to a seafood market in Wuhan, China. According to the research conducted on January 25, 2020, it signifies that the first case of coronavirus was reported on December 1, 2019, leaving it with no link to Wuhan’s seafood market. Still, the investigation is being carried out to know the actual origin of COVID-19.

Symptoms Of COVID-19?

It takes around 14 days of time for the symptoms to show up.

COVID-19 symptoms are as follows:

In extremely rare cases, COVID-19 causes kidney failure, or respiratory illness, or death.
