Admission Process
Janvi Multispeciality Hospital always strives to put all the required efficient processes in place that makes the patient’s admission in the hospital much simpler for their family members. When patient is admitted to stay in the hospital for the treatment, these steps of protocol must be followed:
- The concerned doctor issues an advice admission form for all the OPD patients who are advised to get admitted in the hospital for the treatment.
- The patient along with their family are then directed to our financial counsellor, to get the proper information about the treatment plan as well as the estimated cost of the treatment procedure. If you agree, then you’ll be given a slip containing the details of the payment or deposit money as well as your desired room category.
- In case your desired room isn’t available at that time, we will offer you the next best alternative. Else, we will transfer you later to your desired room once it gets vacant.
- If you are planning to get admitted in upcoming days, you must carry this slip along with you to do the admission proceedings smoothly. If you fail to bring that slip, you will then be guided to our Admission Desk forthwith.
- There are certain formalities that our Admission Desk Executive will carry out before shifting you to your desired room. You will then be guided to the cashier section for the payment or deposit. You’ll receive a deposit receipt which is necessary for you to display at our Admission Desk.
- At our Admission Desk, your Admission file consisting of a visitor pass, an attendant pass, consent forms, a patient guide book as well as wristband will be handed over to you.
- Our In-Patient Operations Executive will guide you to the room.

With the blessings of the Almighty and the grace as well as hard work of the doctors I got a new life today. The doctors as well as the staff at Janvi Multispeciality Hospital are very good. They always come for a round and check the patient, the blood-pressure levels and cardiogram. “I am staying in Vadodara for more than 20 years today, and when my relative was shifted to Vadodara for treatment, we didn’t know which hospital we were heading to as Janvi Multispeciality Hospital was a new name for us. But when my relative got admitted in the hospital and we observed the level of treatment being given to my relative, we are really thankful to the whole nursing staff and the team of doctors who attended my relative, it's because of them only, my relative is standing on his own feet. The doctors as well as all the nursing staff were present 24x7 during the treatment.” Thank you.
